17th February 2022 Wing Boarding: Llanfairfechan Wind Direction: W Wind Stength: F6 Surf / Sea State: Rolling chop Air Temperature: 9 Sea Temperature: 7.6 Weather: Sun and Cloud Max Speed: Distance Covered: Wind increasing so 4m wing until too much then windsurfed. Tried gybes but too windy. Good fun though short-spaced rollers were a challenge, though Rik on 85cm mast said fine. Nice riding until too strong. Tried tighter gybes but couldn't build enough speed as gusts lifted too much and I don't have control yet. |
